Haven’t played that game in ages because it doesn’t run on modern OS’s. It took a Win XP VM to run it, but apart from slightly buggy charcter models (which you don’t see much anyway), it seems to work great.
If you don’t know about it, CORA3 is pretty much the first non-racing Off-roading car RPG. You get a car, a bunch of pretty big maps in various biomes and are let loose to find and do quests. Most quests involve reaching certain destinations, but some require you to use some detective skills or even do some hunting (yes, you can leave your car). You get to use diff locks, various electronic systems that try to aid you and even work winches. In the meantime you have to watch out not to damage your car, run out of fuel and to keep adding upgrades so you stay ahead of the worsening terrain. Digital controls are a bit wonky, but the game is still very playable. I spent many hours playing it as a kid.

When I was a kid I had no idea how this game worked I would just drive. I wish I could go back and be good at it.

I just found my disc a few months back after yet another move. During chemo I had some sit down time, so I threw this in my Win10 laptop , and it worked just fine. I had to turn off the automatic screen resolution notification, as that would pop up and lock up the game.
I forgot how fun this game was, just driving around until I can get things under control and get my real world.truck finished.
